Room Prices
All room prices are per room, per night, and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The room price includes a complimentary continental style breakfast. Any other meals taken are not included in the room price and must be paid for separately.

Reservations may be made up to one year in advance.

We periodically review our room prices and we will tell you of any change from the published rates before you book. If you make a reservation more than one month in advance, the quoted room price may change before the date of your stay.

We will endeavour to inform you of any price increases, but once confirmed with a deposit the price will remain the same. For an up-to-date room price, please contact The Cross Swords Inn on 01476 861132 We at The Cross Swords Inn, strictly forbid the “selling on” of rooms at an inflated price by a third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically cancelled.

We may charge a supplement during key events and over periods of high demand. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Room Requirements
Rooms may vary and will either consist of 2 single beds or a double bed .Please contact us for more details

We will make every possible effort to ensure that our guests’ requirements are met, however all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requirements cannot be met.

Non-smoking Rooms
At The Cross Swords Inn all our rooms are non-smoking and we operate a 100% non-smoking policy throughout the establishment. Smoking in a bedroom will result in a £150 to £400.00 fine, or more from loss of revenue for refurbishment, and you will not be able to book again with us.

Accessible Rooms
At The Cross Swords we have 1 room which is specially adapted for partially disabled guests..

Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit/debit card. The Cross Swords Inn will not be able to make a reservation for you without a credit/debit card. Confirmation of booking will only be with a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per room per nights stay

Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold, passed on, or otherwise transferred to a third party.


Booking Restrictions
We do not accept babies & children under the age of 10 years, or pets.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is from 5pm until 10pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise pre-arranged. Check-out time is by 10am on the day of departure.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend your reservation please call, The Cross Swords Inn on 01476 861132 any cancellations or amendments must be made by 1pm on the day before arrival. If you cancel a reservation after 1pm on the day before the arrival date, you will be charged for one night’s accommodation per room booked.

Payment
You pay for your room on arrival and any purchases as you make them. On departure, just drop your key and go. We accept payment by cash, credit and debit cards (Switch/Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).

All Guests are required to provide identification on check-in. Acceptable forms of identification are: passport, current driving licence, credit, debit and switch cards.
