Steak Mushroom & Red Wine Pie with chef's short crust herb pastry

Poached Chicken Goujon in chefs smoked paprika sauce, or Tarragon sauce

Rosemary Roasted Rack of Lamb:served with either a port & red current or mint Jus 

Gressingham Duck Breast served with Chef's Cumberland Sauce

Tournedos Gourmet: Prime fillet tournedos, incised and stuffed with chicken pate' serve on a crouton and drizzled with Madeira Sauce

Ribeye Steak:grilled to your liking, and served with onion rings mushrooms.

Traditional Sunday Lunches  with a choice of Beef, Lamb or Pork, served with the usual trimmings served from 12 noon till 2pm.
