Home Made Soup of The Day: See chalk board or ask a member of staff

Chicken Liver Pate': served with chef's chutney, and hot toast

Spiced Baby Figs: marinaded baby figs, in wine and rum with spices, and served with parma ham and fresh leaves

Sautéed Wild Mushrooms: finished with port, served on a crouton, with fresh leaves

Stuffed Mushrooms: with stilton, in a tempura batter, served with chef's garlic mayonnaise


Steak Mushroom Red Wine Pie: with chef's shortcrust herb pastry

Poached Chicken Tarragon or Smoked Paprika: Poached chicken goujon iwith herbs and chicken stockfinished with cream 

Rosemary Roasted Rack of Lamb: succulent and flavoursome it's a feast 

Pan fried Gressing Duck Breast: served on chefs Cumberland sauce, and garnished with orange.

Oven Baked Quail: a brace of quail stuffed with a chicken mousseline, cranberries and chestnuts
Tornedos Gourmet: Prime fillet tournedos, incised and stuffed with chicken pate' serve on a crouton and drizzeled with Madeira Sauce 

All Entree's are served with vegetables of the day and potato dish of the day or chips

Rib Eye Steak: grilled to your liking approx 10-12 oz

Fillet Steak: prime fillet steak approx 8-10 oz

Gammon Steak: approx 12-14 oz served with fresh pineapple or egg
